Location: Rail Trail near Enterprise and Dilworth, Kelowna

Parking south of the start. Park near Rusty’s Sports Lounge and surrounding lots.

We look forward to seeing you at our 3rd “Fast Days of Summer 5000”

This will be a flat, fast, 5k with chip timing, and the course is certified (Certificate BC-2019-010-PTBA)!

Perfect to run your first 5k, push your limits, or set a new PR taking advantage of your summer training! The 5k race will be eligible for IRA 2023 points standing.

Same as last year, we will be hosting a 1 mile race as well, which is also certified!
( BC-2022-019-PTBA )! This will be after the 5k, with a 9:15 start.

Untimed kids “fun run” on the mile course after the mile race by donation.

ALL Proceeds and donations go to benefit the UBCO Heat cross country program!
