Junior Development

This development group supports athletes from a young age to explore their athletic abilities while learning strong work ethic, commitment, and discipline. The season includes training in all areas Track and Field including sprints, jumps, throws, endurance, and much more.

Senior Development

At the senior level, training is focused on both general conditioning and specific event training. From long distance to high jump, athletes will get the opportunity to train with qualified and knowledgeable coaches. This program prepares athletes for the high school season, as well as introduces them to club competitions and championships.
